Wage Garnishment Rights

We can file all of your back tax returns, even if you have lost your records.

WAGE GARNISHMENT RIGHTS

To understand your rights you need to understand the wage garnishment process. The IRS will normally garnish 70% or more of your wages. You have received several IRS notices before this point. Remember that the IRS prefers not to garnish wages. They know that it doesn’t add to there image. They want you to realize that they are serious about your tax debt and hope that you will take it seriously too by entering into a settlement with them that will satisfy the debt. We can help you do this with the least amount of strain on your finances.

The most important right you have is the right to enter into a settlement, such as an IRS currently not collectible status, an IRS monthly payment plan, an Offer in Compromise, a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, or a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

If you don’t owe the tax or there has been some error on the part of the IRS, we can take your case the IRS Appeals Office and ask for the Wage garnishment to be released.

True Testimonials

So what is a true testimonial? There are two types that you should only have confidence in.

The first is a letter from the IRS stating what the settlement was.

The second type of testimonial is to actually talk to a client that had a similar problem that we recently resolved.
