CP 523

We can file all of your back tax returns, even if you have lost your records.

CP 523

This notice is telling you that the IRS intends to terminate your installment agreement. If immediate action is not taken, the IRS will issue a levy against your wages and/or bank accounts. This notice is a result of either not making a payment on time, you have a new balance due, or you did not file your current year tax return and full paid by the due date. You must always stay in compliance on your current year’s taxes to keep your settlement on prior years in force.

You have 30 days to take corrective action. If you contact them, the IRS may put you back on your payment plan. If you know that you can not make the payments that were agreed upon, seek professional help to see if you lower them or put you in an IRS currently not collectible status.

True Testimonials

So what is a true testimonial? There are two types that you should only have confidence in.

The first is a letter from the IRS stating what the settlement was.

The second type of testimonial is to actually talk to a client that had a similar problem that we recently resolved.
