IRS Payment Addresses

We can file all of your back tax returns, even if you have lost your records.

IRS PAYMENT ADDRESSES

If you have a balance due on your tax return, you may enclose a check or money order made payable to the “United State Treasury” with your return. Do not send cash. Provide your correct name, address, social security number, daytime telephone number, tax year and form number on the front of your check.

Enclose your payment with Form 1040-V, payment voucher, with your Federal tax return. Do not staple the payment or voucher to the return. Just put them loose in the envelope.

If you are electronically filing your tax return, you have the option of paying by electronic debit of your bank account using Electronic Funds Withdrawal. You will need to know your account number and your bank’s routing number.

Other payments such as installment agreement month payments, lump sum Offer in Compromise payment, etc. need to go to specially designated addresses that will be provided by the IRS. A cancelled check is your best receipt if the IRS fails to give you credit for payment.

True Testimonials

So what is a true testimonial? There are two types that you should only have confidence in.

The first is a letter from the IRS stating what the settlement was.

The second type of testimonial is to actually talk to a client that had a similar problem that we recently resolved.
