  6. I need to speak to a human being and I can’t get one through the local number in Tucson, or the computerized B.S. on their number for individuals 800-829-1040. I thought I owed some back taxes but it wasn’t taken out of my last two returns so I am not sure what is going on, I need to know if I still owe before they come at me out of the blue with a garnishment or something. Please email me or call me at 520-971-2823 if you can get an IRS agent on the phone and get the answer…. do I owe?

Please be advised that the office in Chandler IS NOT a walk-in office for IRS and does not stock forms. It is a field office for audits and collection officers. You really don’t want to go there unless you are summonsed.

Took my daughter(sick w/ migraine)to IRS on southern in mesa,az….The clerk was very rude, when dtr went up to counter..said “I didn’t call you”,rolled her eyes when asked for copies of documents (as tax man told her to do)said, “You should have made your own copies”. Now, I’m sure the tax-payers pay her wages, plus the paper she uses to make our copies…On our money she could have been nicer, wasn’t coming out of her pocket.

True Testimonials

So what is a true testimonial? There are two types that you should only have confidence in.

The first is a letter from the IRS stating what the settlement was.

The second type of testimonial is to actually talk to a client that had a similar problem that we recently resolved.
